Happy Holidays Everybody. I had my last final today and I'm not sticking around a second longer than I have to. See you all next year.

Torts? what Torts? I'm done with Torts...possibly for life.

Yeah baby.

One exam down...and while I'm certainly a tad (read: a LOT) sleep-deprived I feel safe saying it wasn't nearly as painful as I expected -- of course, that's not to say it was good but still. I'm alive...3 more to go before I can get the hell out of here for a month.

Oh, one of the most important things I learned about keeping your sanity before and after the exam is to ensure you have either earplugs or music pumping to drown out all the nervous chatter which manifests itself in pure obnoxiousness.

OK...off to the library...more studying to do.
